KS Development of Environmental and Social Health (KSDESH) is a registered social development organization set up in 2004 with a vision to “to build a social movement that will uproot all forms of exploitation and oppression from the society, promote and protect the basic human rights of children , women and men. The organization’s aims to improve the socio-economic conditions of downtrodden people.
Mission:
The goal of KSDESH is service to the people of rural and Urban area of West Bengal using a multi-dimensional approach of health, education, water & sanitation and livelihood program according to locally defined needs and priorities. Special attention is to given the needs of women and children. The main objectives are to improve the health status and provide opportunities for education and social development for all children and improve the status and welfare of women.
